As our products are customized, energy-based, and personal in nature, we maintain a strict No Return / No Exchange Policy.

1. No Regret Purchase Policy
All purchases are final. Please ensure that you have read and understood the product details before placing an order. Regret-based returns or exchanges are not accepted.

2. Energy-Based Products
Once a product has been used, worn, or energized, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold, as it becomes energetically aligned with the user.

3. Product Condition Assurance
We guarantee shipment of products in good condition. If your order arrives damaged or has missing items, please follow our unboxing video process below.

4. Unboxing Video Requirement
To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Record a complete unboxing video from the moment you receive the sealed parcel.
  • The video must show the outer packaging, shipping label, and product condition before opening.
  • Videos must be unedited and continuous.

5. Tampered or Open Parcels
Please do not accept parcels that appear tampered with, opened, or damaged. Accepting such parcels voids all claims, even if a video is provided.

6. Claims & Product Results
Our energy products are intended to support wellbeing and positivity. However, results may vary for each individual depending on personal energy, intent, and receptivity.

7. Replacement for Damaged/Missing Items
If verified through an unboxing video, we will replace any damaged or missing items at no additional cost.

8. Delivery & Timelines
We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.
Rejection of parcels due to delays will not be accepted.
If an express delivery service is delayed due to reasons within our control, the express charge will be refunded.
Delays caused by weather, natural calamities, or political unrest are beyond our scope.

9. Product Disclaimer
All our crystals, gemstones, and rudrakshas are 100% natural.
Natural inclusions, lines, or color variations are part of their authenticity and not considered defects. Such items are not eligible for return or exchange.
